Returns and Exchanges

 We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your return for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of delivery if the following conditions are met:

1. Returned items must be completely new in salable condition.
Before putting your shoes outside, PLEASE TAKE A FEW MINUTES TO Try them on a carpet. Try your shoes on carpet will ensure that we can offer a refund or exchange if you are not satisfied.

We do accept returns and / or exchanges where evidence that the shoes have been worn outside. reserves the right to refuse any return and / or exchange which does not meet the conditions set forth herein.

2. The original shoebox and accessories must be returned with the shoes and in original salable condition.

PLEASE PACK shoes, shoe box, and accessories in some other box. Returns without the original shoebox and accessories will not be accepted. Returns using the shoebox as a shipping box will not be accepted also.

3. Defective products will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for exchange only.

We will accept a defective products within 30 days. After 30 days, the damage will generally be considered normal wear associated with sports shoes.

goods. Please allow as many as two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

We only ship to your confirmed address (the address on file with your card company, if you need to ship to another address, please call your card company and add the alternative delivery address your ACCT)
